Unsatisfactory TV service

Having Xfinity/comcast TV service is like living in a third World country. We moved down to Venice in April. Since that time, we must have multiple outages; not related to any hurricane. We had combined TV, telephone and internet service in Virginia. We have had more problems since we have moved down here than we did in 20 years in Virginia Beach. Comcast/Infinity is totally unsatisfactory

you posted in the wrong area of the forum, and I would move it but can't determine if you have the older 'lagacy' equipment or the newer X1 entertainment equipment. If you could reply with the type of equipment and the problem(s) you are specifically wanting addressed, we can refer it to the correct Comcast specialists.
