Unable to see modem/router in my account

I am unable to see my modem in the MyAccount App. I can see my converter boxes though. Help please? I want to be able to see my families internet usage compared to my cap.

call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the person there for assistance to adding/moving your gateway/modem to the proper account.
