Does anyone know if this issue is being looked into? Unable to manage Xfinity MyAccount if you are a netflix customer with billing through xfinity, this has been going on for me for about 1 month now and Xfinity doesn't seem to want to fix it , I even had xfinity remove netflix from my account so I can pay for Netflix seperately the error still exists, when trying to goto MyAccount>>ManageTV>>add/manage premium channels, this also happens anytime I want to change or update service.

The tech then did a modem refresh which did absolutely nothing but end our conversation on messanger and rebooted my modem.
I get the same message and am not and never been a Netflix customer. @ComcastChe has responded as well as any Comcast rep can at this point at https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/My-Account-Sign-In-Xfinity-Website/Hi-it-looks-like-you-are-a-Netflix-....
