TV account not showing up on My Xfinity Account app

Anyone have any idea how to get our TV account to show up on the My Account app? We our internet and phone, but the TV is not there. It was there until a few days ago.

you could try calling 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to do a deep background account refresh (can take up to an hour to complete). let us know if that fixed it.
