To confirm, have you checked for any updates available in the Play Store for the My Account app? Also, have you attempted to uninstall then reinstall the app on your device? Please follow these steps in order to do so;
Log out or force close the Xfinity My Account app.
Go into settings > apps > Xfinity My Account app.
Clear cache and data.
Once cleared, uninstall the app.
Reboot after you uninstall the app.
Once the device has booted back up reinstall the app.
Try to log in and see if you still experience this white/black screen?
