Sign in does not work on cell phone app or online. It's a complete waste of space. Xfinity is making too much money to have such a major issue. It hasn't worked since I've had Xfinity! Cant see my account period!

I discovered that my nearest Xfinity Store can check my account.

You may have a mis-spelling of either the username and/or the password.
