After signing in I'm taken to a screen that asks me to choose which address I want to use, giving me a choice between my last address and my current one. I check the box that states "Remember this selection the next time I sign in", however the next time I sign in I'm taken to the same exact screen. This happens over and over. go to https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/account and sign in. scroll down to linked accounts and unlink old account(s).
