I'm having the same issue.  I have used MacOS with latest Safar, Chrome and Firefox as well as Windows 10 using again the latest Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.  I also am unable to load my account info to pay my bill.

promoted your off-topic reply in stream website area to my account app area. you can go to xfinity.com using your chrome or safari browser, sign in, and go to account and pay bills.

because you mentioned my account (also need to pay you said) gave info to you on how to pay using any pc and web browser to pay. if your stream app is giving problems post that info in your own post on the stream app area of the forum.
