I am having a different issue. My xFi app is linked to my fathers modem because I was once a part of his account. Now that I have my own address, the xFi app won’t identify my modem, only the modem at the other address. How do I switch the main address on the xFi app?
within 3 days a comcast employee will respond here, or call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix your login username to only point to your current account/address.
