Online & Mobile account access

Every time I have tried to log into the my account on the  Xfinity website (https://customer.xfinity.com/#/?CMP=ILC_myaccount_myxfinity_au)  I receive an communication error and have to shut down my browser.  I have no online access to my account.

Hmm.  This forum is for the My Account app.  It appears you are having an issue with the web site.

Are you saying you get something similar with the app?

call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix your username to point only to your current address/account.
