Not able to access Account info

Not able to access Account info

In April we had our Xfinity service disconnected because we were moving.  We moved in our new home the 1st of September and now have Xfinity service restored.  Unfortunately I am not able to sign in to my account.  From what I have read it sounds like I may have two accounts that are conflicting.  What can I do to fix this.

I can help look into this issue for you. In order assist you, please send me a private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, the street address and phone number associated with your services, or the full account number and first and last name of the account holder.

 

Please also verify the information associated with your old account. To send a private message click on my name "ComcastChe", then click private message me.
