No access to mobile acct

Like others, I cannot access my mobile account via the mobile app. After reaching a rep, my email of choice was supposedly updated, followed by a reset of the network, which was supposed to be followed by a callback from the rep, which never happened. The updated email address did not resolve the issue. Strange thing is I am new customer and for the first couple weeks it worked fine. I miss my old customer service.
