My account app has issues

I've noticed inconsistencies between the information (Balances, Payments) shown on the My Account mobile app and the Xfinity Online website. Xfinity ended up charging my bank account twice when I used the mobile app to pay my cable bill. Houston we have a problem! This is completely unacceptable!

Are you sure you are using the same username/password for both?
