** Can't log into "My Account" app on any of three different Android devices.
- Samsung Note 5 SM-N920V / Android 7
- Samsung Tab A T580 / Android 8
- Google Pixel 3 XL / Android 10
** I checked, double-checked, and triple-checked the user name and password.
** I verified my user name at XFinity's "security#username-password" page.
** I tried entering my user name with AND without "@comcast.net" but neither works.
** Using the SAME info, I can log in every time using a web browser.
** Using the SAME info, the Android app spins & spins, then says:
" You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details."
** On all three Androids, I force-stopped the app, cleared cache, cleared all data, uninstalled the app, rebooted the device, and reinstalled the app. Nothing helped.
** WEIRD: After clear data & reinstall app, it says I'm already logged in. HOW?
** WiFi is good on all three devices. All other web-based apps work fine.
** I am NOT using a VPN
** I tried using ONLY the WiFi and using ONLY mobile data. No difference.
** A year ago the app worked great on both Samsung devices. Now it does NOT work on any of my devices.
** RECAP: Web login works every time, mobile app fails every time.
** Please fix your Android app.
Sounds like your login profile and your account are out of sync and need to be reset by a knowledgeable agent.
