Mobile app

My mobile app isnt working. I tried uninstalling and installing it back but nothing. It shows a cloud symbol with thunder. I dont know whats up with this app and either does xfinity. No help whats so ever

What make/model device are you installing the app on?

also check network settings and reply with the DNS resolver address
