My mobile app lists my old account information from my old address and I have deleted the app and updated it and it still have old account information listed can someone please updated my account information to the mobile app

It’s possible you were given a new username/password when you moved. If you can, send me a PM with your new address to verify what is attached.

I haven’t received a new user name or password it was showing the correct information and one day it started showing my old address information

I would either call 1800comcast - Billing or else I would go to my nearest Xfinity Store; they have been able to make instantaeous updates to my account.

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
