I'm trying to enter my mobile number to update my account but it keeps giving me an error message.  I am also unable to set up my account to stream on my ipad

call 800-Comcast and ask the TV representative for assistance to confirm which usernames you have to use to log in to your account on the devices. You can see your primary username on an X1 set top box under the myAccount app.
