I can’t get into my primary account

I can’t get into my primary account

So about 2 weeks ago I was configuring my account and I was entering details from the old primary account and for the new primary account, I forgot to add any detail towards it and when I mark that as the primary account, it log me out of that primary account and now I’m stuck on the old primary account and I cant find a way to get into the new primary account since there is no information besides the name so I need help badly

Start by asking for Account when you call 1800comcast.
