Frequent Password Denial

I would love to know why every other time I sign on it denies my password.  I'm tired of having to reset my password every other time I signon to pay my bill.  I have it written down and enter it as such, but it will not take it even though it was successful the previous time.  This has happened at least 5 times now.  (And yes I am typing it in correctly)

are you speaking of the smart device Xfinity My account app or a web site account login?
