Error on App Opening

App won't bring up account dashboard. Just says error at top left, done at top right, and a we're sorry message, try again.

What device are you using?  Are you using your Comcast wifi to connect?

I'm using my phone and I tried with both Xfi and my mobile data. Even uninstalled and reinstalled.

I'm using the OnePlus 7T and a similar thing happens I can login and view my dashboard but if I come back to the app it won't launch. I have to clear the storage and re login

I'll try the storage tip. But I'm sure the problem might still persist.

If the error persists, one thing you can try is ask for Account when you call 1800comcast.
