Constantly getting error messages

Everytime I try to use my app, I get this same error. "We're sorry, we weren't able to connect. Please try again." No error message to explain.

Also, before I get asked yes I am using the correct login.

That sounds like your mobile device is not connected to your Comcast network.  Can you check to see if you are connected?  I can tell with my iPhone7 by looking at Settings>WiFi.
