Communication error

Unable to log onto my account app or online through the website. Getting an error stating that there was a communication error through each. I am a new customer trying to set up my account preferences and pay my bill. Help!

Did you try calling 1800comcast?

I did, but the gentleman I talked to was not able to help.

call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix your username to point only to your current address/account.
