In the Xfinity My Account app:
- Tap a device
- Tap “Common Problems & Solutions”
- A page showing common problems and Solutions displays
- A dialog box displays that says “We’re sorry. The common problems and solutions section is currently unavailable. Please try again later.”
i tried it on a set top box equipment choice using both iOS and android phone. in both cases received regular menu of choices to view. you might try deleting the app, and power down the phone completely (turn it off not just lock it. then restart and install. working?
