Cant access my account

Everytime i try to log into my account, it shows "we are having trouble accessing your account". Help please!

call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to review your username and ask that the username be associated only with your current account. you may wish to have the latest bill available before you call. If you prefer to wait an Official Employee will usually reply here in the forum within 72 hours.
