Cannot access to my account

it shows "We are having some trouble connecting to My Account" everytime on website and the app also shows similar message. It's been like this since the creation of the account.

have you had the username ever attached to another account/address?

an Official Employee will review this thread within 72 hours of your first post, but you can call 800-Comcast and select billing and ask the agent to verify that the username you are using is attached only to your current account/address.
