I can't sign on to Xfinity My Account app from a brand new iPhone XR.
I can get in on any computer just fine.
However the app says: You are logged in but we are unable to access our account details. Would you like to try again?
I have tried dozens of times but it won't work. I have even uninstalled app and reinstalled with same results. Please advise.
When you uninstall, is there an option to clear cache/data? If so, did you do that?
