Can't see my bill

I can't see how much my bill is when I log into my xfinity app. Before I could, but now i cant. It comes to the first page where it says passes, devices. When I try the menu, I have nothing else to click to show my bill. My service is suspended now, could that be it? I just want to go online and look at my bill and be able to pay it online like i use to. Please help.
