Can't "access your account details"

When I log into the myaccount app it gives me the following message: "You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details." I've already lost service due to some general comcast contractor disconnecting me, so I'd really like get this resolved quickly.

you can use any web browser xfinity.com  - you might want to go there sign in, and go to account and check to see if you have more than one address/account linked to the email you are using for a username.
