Can’t access my account

I know this has been an issue, and wanted to know how to solve it. I just registered for Xfinity account and verified all info, but have trouble accessing my account - “you are logged in but we are unable to ...”.

call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent for assistance to successfully sign in to the my Account app.
