Can’t access My Account

Hello,
I just signed up for xfinity and can’t access My Account on the app or desktop. I’m getting an error message: “You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details.” Not really sure what to do. HELP!

I'm having the same problem... and can't chat with anybody for them to answer it.

One of the Comcast people needs to see your post on this Forum and request a PM with specific information from you.  Whatever they do to fix the issue is 'magic' because nobody has explained exactly what is being done to fix the users' issue.

Did you try 1800comcast?

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
