Can’t Access My Account, or Stream


When I try to log into my account via browser (Safari) or the app, I receive errors about connecting to My Account. Also, I can’t set Xfinity stream up because of a back office error. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone after the technician left here with nothing resolved. Is there a fix to this?
