App wont open

I am getting a continuous loop of error messages when trying to use the app. "You have been logged out of my account. Please sign in again" and every time you try to sign in you get this messages popping up, over and over and over and over.

Are you on your home wifi and able to access other sites with it?

I am having the same problem, both in my home wifi and data service. I have xfinity for both if that matters any. Any ideas?

What device are you using?  Can you access your account with a wired computer?

Samsung Galaxy S10.  And yes it works on my laptop and the internet no problem. Just the app won't open

@Brandonecalton so sorry for the login troubles! This issue should be resolved. Could you please follow the below steps and let us know if you are still having any issues?

 

Go into your device settings > apps > Xfinity MyAccount app (may need to tap "Storage" to get to next step)

 

Clear app cache and data.

 

Once cleared, uninstall the app.

 

Reboot your device after you uninstall the app.

 

Once the device has booted back up reinstall the app and try to log in.
