Welcome to the Xfinity Forums. Sorry for the experience you're having. Were you able to make your payment? If not, I'd like to help troubleshoot. Can you please uninstall your current app, restart your phone, then reinstall the app again and let me know if you are running into the same problem? What type of device are you using?
