Getting the above error message ONLY on my cell phone with the app. I have tried clicking all the options on this screen (Advanced, Ignore the error). I have access when I use computer; only app is affected. What happens if the internet is disrupted? This is why I DL'd the app on my Android phone. I have uninstalled/reinstalled over the months hoping an update might fix this.
Now, I get "We're sorry... We were unable to sign you in. Please try again." Does anyone know how to make this app work the way Comcast states it should? Thanks!
