Account switching

2 weeks ago there was an update to the xfinity account app a said account switching is now arrived. So I have made 3 attemts to call comcast to ask how i can make this happen and they have yet to tell me how i can access both my accts via the app. Does anyone ave any information on this?  It says you can easily switch between accts from the more menu but i dont see a more menu or anything in the app that would allow me to see multiple accts. Any help would be great
