My account app won't load, it says that I'm I logged in but having trouble accessing my account? I have tried the website and the app, the website won't load my account page either.

hi, call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix your username access to your current account. you might want to have a current bill available when you call to give the account number.
