Account App - Restart This Device

The “Restart This Device” feature used to work so wonderfully. Since it was updated with extra steps it just gets stuck in a troubleshooting loop of steps that does nothing!

Exactly when you try to restart/reboot the modem it takes you to a screen that shows 3 steps it will examine then it comes to “which tv box do you want to restart” and a Continue button you can’t press. I didn’t want to restart a TV box I wanted to restart the modem. The app continues to get worse.
