xfinity reward not received - its been 10 months

March 2018, I BYOD two apple devices, but I am yet to get my rewards. It's been 10 months, every time I contact the support, they are giving new ticket numbers. Lame reasons such as system is not working, error in processing etc. Smiley Sad

 

Any one got their rewards on time?

I did a BYOD iPhone in July 2018 and ported a number in. I got the $150 card less than 100 days later.
