can xfinity customer service give a specific answer to how to order a phone ?

My order has been done since Sunday Aug 05. I have not received a confirmation on sucess of fail order. I have spoke to chat and phone every single person tells me something different.

HELP!!!!

My suggestion is to either go into an Xfinity Moible or call coumster service and freak out untill you get real answers.

I went through it twice  I almost gave up and went somewhere else

It got held at a verification dept 

I called and raised cain on one for weeks
