I switched from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. This seemed smart but after 1 month, I regret it. I ordered a Samsung S10e. When I received it, it was too samll so I exchanged for an S10. I sent the S10e back in it's original packing, plastic screen covers in place. Two weeks later I get a bill for $827. When I called, they claim the 'warehouse' listed my return as 'C' condition. No way.  The phone still had plastic covers, all of it's accesories and the box. I had the phone for 3 days. Still, they claim there is nothing they can do. I suggested they send me back the 'damaged' phone since I more than paid for it. They said that is not possible. So as of now, they have my $827 AND the brand new S10e. <Edited>
