xfinity mobile says im not a customer after i moved. ive tried chatting and calling many times and i keep being told this issue is fixed. also we purchased my daughters phone back in july, the phone works, ever since the day of activation the phone has come up blacklisted when doing a serial number check, we assumed this was something that was done until the phone is paid off. phone was purchased directly through xfinity mobile. we need this line unlocked so we would like to get that done as well.
