Can someone look into this?

Thought I would hear back by now.

I asked for my 3 XM LG X Charge to be reactivated with new numbers (I was told my numbers can not be ported) and was told it was being looked into but have not heard anything. I don't want to have to buy 3 new phones when I already have 3 and 1 of them is still being paid for.

If I have to buy 3 new phones then I will stay with the carrier I am with now.
