I have an iPhone and bought an Android form xfinity online. it came with a SIM card and said to activate it and wait 30 minutes. It's been a few hours and still isn't working. Can I just take the SIM out of my iPhone and pop it in the new android? My phone came 3 days late, support chat hung up on me and xfinity didn't answer my email for a week so I'm hoping the forum can give me advice on how to get my new phone to work.
edited to add. I ignored the instructions in the box and just put in my own SIM card and it worked find. dont' activate replacement phones like they say to
