I bought my s9+ phone in March and have been trying to unlock since then. I did recieve an unlock code but it does not work. I get error "invalid Unlock Code Entered". After talking to customer service several times about incorrect code, they direct me try with new request. After submitted multiple requests none of them have been answered. My last ticket number is 25439845. I believe, I need a new unlock code and maybe the unfreeze code? thanks
