I transferred two phones/ported two lines from ATT to Xfinity mobile in July 2018. At the time, they were offering a $150 gift card for each BYOD and ported line. I received one card in October, but despite mulitple calls to customer service, calls to the reward center, text messages with someone, a visit to the store and a follow up call with the reward center, i have not received the second card. I'm always told it's in process and will be here in 4-6 weeks. Most recently, i went to the store, and they sent a ticket. I then followed up with the rewards center before Thanksgiving and and was told it was approved and in process, and would be delivered in a month. On 1/3/19 i looked online at the status and there is nothing new. Can someone help un-screw this issue?
