Last Thursday, my xfinity mobile phone stopped working for no reason (I did not move nor change anything.)
After several calls to support, my mobile phone was "re-activated": I am able to call and receive phone calls.
However, when I login to my xfinity mobile account, I see the message "You are not a customer yet". I am unable to see my cell phone and billing information.
Several calls to support did not resolve this issue. This forum is my last hope.
