Watching an Xfinity commercial they show the "find my phone" feature.
When I try it with my voice remote control, I have got one of two messages.
1) Sorry no results for "find my phone".
2) You must have an Xfinity mobile phone (which I do have).
So how does this feature work?

Works fine for me. Make sure you say "Xfinity Mobile find my phone," not just "find my phone."

I waited 2 minutes and plugged it back in. Because I just started watching I have not seen any freezing yet.
