I ordered a phone.  Was told it would be delivered Wednesday.  Called numberous times.  Was told 

 

1. phone is back ordered.  I asked, then why have I been charged since your company states it will not charge until shipment.....will not give me an estimated time frame

2.  have been told it will come today and maybe there was no tracking number ?

3.  told I cannot change my order to something in stock.  I feel like these employees are either lazy or not properly trained.

 

I just want an honest realistic answer and no one will give me one. It seems like no one knows what's going on.  If I knew the phone I chose was on back order I would have chosen a different one being my current mobile carrier contract is up Friday.  And still.....no answers.

 

Not a good start in our initial business transactions Xfinity Mobile.
