I placed an order for a mobile service and i got more info needed to upload my ID and UTILITY bill. I did just that and i still havent recieved any response on my order. Please whats wrong...can someone make sure my device is shipped please

Same thing happened to me, and here is how it has gone so far if it helps.
Placed order the morning of the 24th, received email about the "order being received".
2 hours later or so got email asking for docs and ID - sent almost immediately.
Yesterday day got email saying "order confirmed" and to wait for shipping email. A little over 24 hours after submitting documents.
Have not yet gotten shipped email.
From reading other threads it's all a turkey shoot, but Xfinity does not keep you very well informed along the way.
