when i sign on the first screen i get is account setup. i do not have a mobile phone but it requires a number. I asked a service rep about it and she said to put my home phone in there but it wouldn't accept that. I am tired of seeing that screen, how do i get passed it. The is no ooptions for no mobile phone.
I am not trying to move to another screen, I just don't want to see the account set-up screen asking for a mobile phone number since I don't have one and they don't give a choice to pass that that question !!!
Is this the screen you're asking about? If it is, a mobile number isn't required, only two of the three options are required. If you don't want to fill out any options, just click "Ask me later" at the bottom.
